Why I joined the team: I joined the team becuase I love building things and figuring out how everything works.

Blake- Electronics

Age: 15

Grade: 9th

Interests: I enjoy good books, music, all sports and serving in my church

Future plans: I feel like the experience that I will receive from being on this team will be very beneficial to help me choose what field I would like to enter as I seek God's will in my life.

Why I joined the team: I wanted to be on the team for the experience, opportunity, and just the fun of it. 

Jillian- Website, fundraising, & electronics

Age: 15

Grade: 9th

Interests: I love playing volleyball, knitting, reading, working with my animals, playing piano, and spending time with my family.

Favorite book: The Bible

Future plans: I would like to finish school and then raise a family...and discover what the Lord's plans are for my life.

Why I joined the team: I joined the team because I enjoy learning new things and thought it sounded like a great way to learn more about the fields of engineering and robotics.

Josiah-Programming

Age: 13

Grade: 7th

Interests: I enjoy electronics, working with computers, and playing volleyball and piano.

Favorite book: The Bible and Do Hard Things.

Future plans: I plan to go to college and earn a degree in mechanical engineering.

Why I joined the team: I like figuring things out and it sounded like fun.

Drue- Chassis     

Age: 15

Grade: 10th

Interests: I enjoy playing sports, especially football.

Future plans: My plans for the future are to be a radiologist. I want to attend OU medical school and would love to work in my hometown.

Why I joined the team: I am on this team because I enjoy electronics and engineering.

Jenifer- Treasurer, Safety Captain, & Chassis

Age: 16

Grade: 10th

Interests: I enjoy volleyball, photography, crafting, playing music, and singing in my church's choir.

Favorite book: The Bible, especially Philippians, and Quotable Quotations

Future plans: I would like to go to OU and major in nursing, and perhaps go into surgical nursing or physical therapy. In the long run I hope to be a wife and mother, but throughout my life my main goal is to honor Christ my Savior. 

Why I joined the team: I am looking forward to learning about robotics and finding out something new, which is not a typical study in school.

David- Electronics

Age: 13

Grade: 8th

Interests: Some of my hobbies include reading, messing with electronics, making LEGO animations, and playing volleyball.

Future plans: I am currently undecided in what I want to do when I "grow up".

Why I want to be on the team: I want to be on the robotics team because I enjoy technology and think it will be fun to build a robot, and compete with it.

John- Chassis

Age: 17

Interests: My interests involve volleyball, food, improving ways to do tasks, studying God's word, and Lego's.

Future plans: I'm currently considering going into the military after college. I have not yet decided which college to go to. I intend to stay close to my home town, as much as possible.

Why I joined the team: I joined this team to be with friends, meet new people, and to learn about robots. I have some experience in programming, building, design, and electronics. I have my own LEGO robot at home which is what sparked my interest in this project.

Jason- Photographer & Chassis

Age: 12

Interests: I love God, play soccer, and read books.

Future plans: When I get older I want to become a foreign adoption lawyer.

Favorite food/candy: My favorite is gum.

Favorite Color: My favorite color is blue.

Why I joined the team: I joined this team because I like building things and I am interested in computer programming. I have also been interested in robotics for a while.
